Anyone know of an extension that would tilt the boards up in the front? I would like to move my boards forward and out, but want a slight tilt up, so my foot rests on them more comfortably...

I odn't think so. Unless you count forward controls with pegs. It probably wouldn't be hard to do, but I haven't looked at the brackets close enough to figure it out. You might have given Wild Bill an new idea though

I'm thinking those are both excellent extenders

Tagged for later use!

I've been wanting to do something like this. I'm 5' 11" with a 34" inseam and that extra space will be a God send. I've got fairing lowers, but the pics/instructions for modding them on the site makes it look oh-so-easy. My Dremel has been lonely lately anyway. Looks like it's time to put it to use again.

Some with the Soos kit (or other kits that move the floorboard out from the frame) say they scrape a little more, but not as bad as you might think.

The kits in this topic move the boards forward, not out or down. I can't imagine forward AND out (this kit + Soos kit).

I don't need mine to move out, just foward. This kit will work nicely for what I'm needing.

I wouldn't think 2" outwould be a problem...but if you got out much further I could see it taking from cornering clearance.

Can you tell me where you got the extended shift linkage? or are you referring to the shift arm the peg goes on. Thanks

I bought my Wild Bill's mounts at the Indy Expo but have not installed them yet on my '08 SG. My question is do I have to get the extended brake and shift levers?? On Bill's instructions it says on "newer models" it may not be necessary to get them. Anyone done the mod w/out the extenders?? Does it work w/out and how is the fit and feel??
