Never saw the need to get away from the stock boards, or spend the money for them, but to each his own.

I have Streamliners on my Road King Custom. While they are smaller than the stock RK/EG Boards, I find them comfortable on long as well as short hops, despite my size 11EEE dogs! And like was said earlier, they sure look slick...Most of the time I am on the Highway pegs anyway.

The stock footboards feel great,I'm leaving mine alone.
I liketo keep bling to a minimum,if I'm going that route it wouldn't be on the footboards...

I prefer the stock street Glide footboards. I use a heel system on the passenger footpegs.
