My friend has a road king custom and i have a road king classic. My friend bought the hd relocation kit as above mention and I took his stock lights and mounted them to my bike in order to remove the lightbar on the classic. I mounted them to the nacelle with some threaded rod cut to size, a fender washer and double nuts. the hardware execpt the rod is stainless steel and i think it turned out sweet. I still have use of my windsheild mounts and it cost about $8. You can kinda see them in my sig pictures. but here is the best picture i have of them.

If you got the lights from your handle bars I may have the bracket that came off a street glide...
If this interests you contact me and we'll work something out...

thanks for the offer, texasbowhunter, however do we know that the stock handlebar mounted turnsignals will sit inside the brackets? I looked at the moco site, and it seems that the turnsignals come with the mounting kit...therefore I am wondering if they are a "different" fit..??

regards

yes, they are a 'different' fit. the stalk is different. doesn't mean that you couldn't make them work, such as modes did, but with the hd kit, the fit is perfect out of the box.
