You might try contacting the OP oneshotdog. HD Forums crashed sometime after 2007 and although you can resurrect old threads most pics, links and add ons were lost forever.

 

I found it in another thread, the picture was throwing me of because of the shadows in the background. And mine is a newer module wired to an older bike so I needed to know colors, all good think I got it going now
