Not much out in the aftermarket yet since HD changed the '08s
If ya liked Wild 1's (I do) might give them a call and find out when they'll be releasing theres...

I have Wild 1's 8 1\2" Baby Apes on my '07 RG... and 508's on my '01 RKC

Was at Dealers, this past week, and was told you couldn't change
out the 08 handle bars yet.

I put a set of Khromewerks 300505 bagger bars on my 08. All you need to do is cut notches in the end for the throttle sensor and an oval at the bottom for the wires to exit.

Hey Dawg !! Thanks for the handlebar pic !! I was woundering what the ends looked like when they said the had knotches?? Any way I have an 08 EG Classic and looking for some pullbacks cuz of the short arms, so I called Wild1 andthey coming out with some for all the 08's next week. They did say they didn't know if there was enough wire to reach back. They said you need about 5 to 6 more inches of wire ? I see the pics you posted and Iam woundering if there is enough left there for what I;am looking for ?? can you help me out?? RICK

My dealer had an 08 RG with a set of Heritage bars, they fit me perfectly at 5' 10". A little more height and a little more reach back. Ordered a set for mine.

You will have enough wire to put a set of Wild Ones on. The Moco purposely left extra wire for handlebar changes as their original plan was to offer extensions, but they were concerned about resistance drop so they just left slack in the lines.

And y'all can modify any grips you like to fit the throttle sensors also. I modified a set of Kuryakyn ISO grips for mine.
