Default Tallboy seats

Anyone use a tallboy seat?
Wondering how comfortable they are?
Does it make for a small passenger area?

Thanks!

I've been using the HD Tallboy seat for over a year. I'm 6'2" with long legs, so I the extra leg room is great. I also like that the seat sits up higher so that my sight line is over the windshield, not through it.

The old lady hasn't mentioned that the passenger area is smaller. The pillion is really wide, so she's quite comfy back there on an all day ride.

I had the tall boy on my 05 ultra for about two years, recently switched to a corbin touring seat, like it better, I am further back, more comfortable and don't seem to slide around on seat as I did with the tall boy.

Have it on mine for 2 up riding. Gets you off the tank, and my wife likes it also. I am 6' but hate that, riding on the top of the tank feeling the stock seats give you!!

I've got the Tallboy seat for two up riding on my Road Glide since the stock seat passenger area is not wide enough for my girlfriend (oops..I didn't say that did I).Forsolo riding I can't beat the stock seat. With the tallboy I still feel like I've pushed too far forward and riding the tank.

I've got one on my 08 FLHR. Works great! I'm 6'4" and looking for some more comfortable handle bars.

Not to hijack the post, but I wanted some handlebars that put my hands higher up since the seat moved my butt higher up. Was between some mini-apes and the chrome Heritage bars. I opted for the Heritage ones because I knew I wouldn't have to change out the cables. Been very happy with them.
