Default IDS and Gas Mileage

Hey all:

I 've had the IDS on for several weeks and overall it is a great unit. However, I have noticed that I've lost a few miles per gallon in mileage.

Does anyone know of a technical reason why. I've made no other changes to the bike.

Thanks,

skulmn aka starman

Nah - don't think they're trolls....but ah DO think they don't unnerstand engines. Look at the folks that constantly want us ta 'splain why luggin' an engine is a Bad Thang. Sorry, fellers - but frankly ah ain't yer Daddy an' ah ain't got the time nor inclination ta 'splain basic mechanics to ya. Educate yerselves, then come back an' ask an intelligent question, like whether ta wear full or cut-finger gloves on the race track....

No troll, just a name change starman to skulmn.

Actually, do a search and you will see it is starman. And I have actually praised the IDS.

If you can't read look at my pictures (easy for you) and notice starman and skulmn the bikes are the same....

Hey TR:

Our daddy, NOT mine. You actually take the time to talk like a Moron....I've actually read some of your postswhen you are out of your "stupid" mode, and you sound half way intelligent.

Anyway, my question was serious and anytime you want to compare brain pans, let me know. You were alsoaMoron with your "illiterate" talk and spelling on the Gold Wing forum.

If you can't answer a question like a gentleman, albeit a redneck gentleman, stay off the post.
