really dislike the looks of those fatcats. rineharts are alot better! but for 2-1 there are also basani and thunderheader both making more power and look better than that fatcat IMO

Geoff,

I read your post about liking HD touring mufflers because they are quiet. I have the SE performance touring mufflers, #65115-98B, that are supposedly no longer available, and I want to get rid of them because they are too loud. I wonder if the HD touring mufflers with a catalyst would give me something with a bit more rumble than stock but not overbearing at highway speed?

+1 for Two bags-two pipes. IMO V&H is a solid performer! Although it was a tough call...Rinehartsbring smilesformy friends. Either way--it beats stock. Good luck!

If one or two horse power means that much, ever think of loosing a few pounds, its cheaper! Go with what you think looks good and you will be happy.

neither, love stock headers with Rush slip ons. I have 2.25" baffle on the right, 1.75" baffle on left. Pretty much a 2-1, but keeps the dual look. Sounds and performs great.

Sorry to say, but if he's doing a 95 build these are about the last ones he ought to get. Don't ask me how I know.
