I tend to agree with you fathead, My son and daughters roommate stole her jewlry and emptied my son's bank account through western union tranactions better than a month ago, we gave the sherriff recipts the guy signed for the money and they are still (Investigating). I was born 139 years too late as I wish I could shoot him down in the street! Justice is too slow and too weak!

A guy here was just sentenced to 4 years and 60 days for killing two motorcyclists while driving drunk.

A 68-year-old New Castle man was sentenced to 4 years and 60 days in prison Monday for killing two motorcyclists last year after he, while driving drunk, pulled his sport utility vehicle in their path as they drove east on Del. 273. Tito Rosa, the brother-in-law of one of the victims, Luis Coreano, told Superior Court Judge Richard F. Stokes that he and his family's Christian upbringing originally were inclined to oppose a "harsh sentence" for Frederick G. Stickel. "We didn't want a harsh sentence given to this man if he has shown some remorse, but no remorse has been shown," Rosa said. "It is very inhumane for someone to take two people's lives and show no remorse. "Despite assumptions he was not remorseful for what had happened, Stickel said he was. He is stoic, he said, but he also has had such horrible nightmares that his cellmates have had to call a guard to help."I profoundly apologize to everyone connected to those two gentlemen," Stickel said before his sentence. Stickel also apologized to his family. "Don't think it hasn't been without remorse."According to police, Coreano, 31, of New Castle, and Jose Baez, 30, of Bethlehem, Pa., were eastbound on Del. 273 near Rambleton Drive in Septemberwhen Stickel, driving a 1997 Chevrolet Tahoe in the opposite direction on Del. 273, tried to turn onto Rambleton Drive in front of them.Coreano suffered a head injury and was pronounced dead at the scene. Baez suffered internal injuries and multiple broken bones. He died en route to the hospital. After the accident, Stickel told police he had consumed an 80-ounce Rolling Rock beer, half a Miller Lite beer and two shots of vodka more than 30 minutes before the crash. His blood alcohol level was 0.108 the legal limit in Delaware is 0.08.A jury found Stickel guilty of two counts of second-degree vehicular homicide, driving under the influence and driving without proof of insurance. Stickel was convicted in 2005 of a DUI.
