If you are set on either of those... I think I would go black.
But as others have said. The Crimson Red Sunglow is something. When it is in the garage or overcast it looks burgundy/crimson.... but when the sun hits it.... the fleck in the paint sparkles in an amazing way.
The Black pearl is really nice to though.

Your are right I should have had the painter put "fender strat" somewhere on the tank, but for the $700 the e-bay way it matches the bike.

I like the Anniversary colors but it will date the ride. The monochromes are all a bit bland IMO. Spring the extra and get a paint job, or at least the Tank.

 

I went with the "Dark Blue Pearl" once I seen what it looked like in the sunlight I was throughly sold on it!

 

Have you seen the Crimson red? It is gorgeous (IMHO). The Anniversary colors are not that impressive out in the direct sunlight; I think you would tire of those colors the fastest. Good luck in choosing.

 

If I had to do it all over again, I would buy the Black one, or the Red one, or Blue one but not the silver one. Do they make denim black?

Even if there was a $ value in the paint (there isn't)it will never make up for a color your not satisfied with for the long haul. Like everything else Harley pick the one that moves you.

 

i lean towards the red.

 

I like the 105th two tone color, i tend to lean towards 2 tones in most any bike I buy.
