Get the 07, the only thing wrong with an 07 is this web sight bitching about them all the time. I have one and it is a great bike.

 

Go the 07, I had an 02 Ultra, and it ran hot, my 07 with the free mapping to cut the power to the rear cyl at idle runs cooler, no problem out west at over 100 degrees 2800 rpm's at 80 mpg up to 49mpg, plenty of power, did I mention I like the 07, over 10000 miles since June ( 07 ) sweet,sweet, best Harley ever, so I go and buy an 08 Road Glide bike #34 ( I'm old ) Buy the 07 more money but a better investment and a you know Harley's are the only bike you can truly call an investment, I sold that Ultra 1 year later for 500 more then I paid for it stock
