There is pro and con about strap belt and as of now I prefer to leave it on since the seat have only one phillip head screw to take it off and the thefter could take the seat off and pull the security pack off and be stolen the bike and with the strap on and make it difficult for the thefter to do the job. So, I was wondering if any other manfacture made a special screw for the seat such like lock screw?

That will be depend on the thefter of want to do more damage or not. Sometimes they will not think twice to cut things up when they only bring few tools with them. The more hassle it has and the more it will turn the thefter away cuz don't want to spent time with all of the hassle.
