Wow, that does look good Kern! No discoloration issues at all? What other pipe would you compare the sound to?

I'm running the Pro Pipe on my RK. I am very happy with it!! I replaced a set of T-Rex True Duals and had it dynoed to compare. I picked up lots of tq from off idle through about 4K where they began to be equal out. Pipe hasn't blued at all. Got it from Bart.

I have a V&H Propipe HS on my '03 RKC and I have no complaints: good sound, not too loud, good power, and absolutely no bluing. I recommend it if you can stand the sight ofa bagger without a true dual setup.

Well, i am a propipe HS fan myself. I have had it for 8k miles and it had not discolored at all. If you do get a propipe, DO NOT get the bp version. Its a lot more restrictive than the HS version.

I do love the fatcat as well and will be trying one out soon as they make a black version. The only turn off for me for the FC is the rear pipe. I know its what makes the tq curves but on some models it can be a little much IMHO.

The BP is the only one that is available for the 08 so I am a little stuck if I go that direction.

PhilM has a black Fatcat. The rear head pipe had to grow on me but now,I actually like the look of it.

I've got an '08 Ultra and just added the V&H 2-into-1's along with the SERT and SE AC. The sound is outstanding and everyone (except the wife) thinks they sound great. I've only gotten about 500 miles on it since the upgrade. I'll watch for any bluing and post anything I see. They look great and there is no popping on decel. So far the performance feels very responsive.
