new options to put 6x9 speakers on a glide
expensive but is an otpion --- I do not know of anyone who has done this -- thus I cannot comment on the quality of the products

I think HOGTUNES are enough and if you need or want more,add the HD amp that mounts under the tour-pak. If you get those extra speakers you will need an additional power amp to push the load to realize any improvement in sound. I have the HOGTUNES and HD amp. Very happy with it.

After breaking two tour pak mounting racks on these crappy MI roads, I decided to go detachable. Problem is I missed the sound of my rear speakers. Installed a pair of 6.5 in. speakes in the glove compartments in my lowers. Not too big and ugly, just right.

How did ya do that? Hawg Wired has compartments for speakers in the lowers, but just the compartments (no speakers) are like $170.00
