I just got a used battery tender for free, but without the manual. Does anyone have the directions for this thing, can you post a scan of it?
It's a Deltran SuperSmart Battery Tender Automatic Model 021-0123. It says it lights red for charging, and green for storage.
It has the battery connections for using the quick connect as well as the little jumper cable type clips.
Much appreciated!

Just plug it in, its automatic, when the green light is on the battery doesnt need charging and when the red light is on the battery is charging, all you have to worry about is hooking the positives together and the negatives together, and Im betting if you screw that up the tender has a polarity safety hookup that will shut the charger off.

MAKE YOUR CONNECTION TO THE WALL OUTLET LAST. HOOK THE TENDERINTO THE BIKE FIRST THEN PLUG INTO THE WALL. WHEN DONE ,UNPLUG FROM WALL FIRST. USE IT DAILY. MOST PEOPLE THINK COLD WEATHER KILLS BATTERIES BUT IT IS ACTUALLY HOT WEATHER THAT KILLS THEM AND COLD WEATHER FINDS IT OUT. I PLUG UP DAILY ,EVEN IF I AM GOING OUT THE NEXT DAY.
