Default For at least the next month, I get to look at this...

At least i will have plenty of time to clean up all the parts for the reassembly. Pic below is of all the removed parts except for the crank and cases. If you tackle this yourself, lay everything out, bags the bolts, label them and take notes. Makes the reassembly that much easier.

Former auto mechanic right out of high school. These things are really not all that hard to work on, in fact, this dissassembly was done without a single HD specialty tool (pistons pin keepers are a b*tch though, but a good awl will get them out, only stabbed myself once[:@])

Man, it seem's like just yesterday you got it all put togeather after the awesome paint. What's this build consist of Dalton? And yes, good advice to all, I to lay everything out too and keep everything well organized. Have fun, Putt

Wally you can do that......that's the easy part. It's putting it back together that's the fun part. You wouldn't believe how many bikes we get in that stage.

Well, 10,000 miles on it since the last build. This time it is a Head-Quarters 120", JIM's 4-5/8", lower end and case boring by DarkHorse Crankworks and assembly by yours truly.

And Glideman, it is therapy for me for the long winter - BTW, it was snowing and 36 hear tody, so my riding was definitely over.
