I just ordered a rider backrest for the SG. Still run the stock seat. Do the stock bars work well with the backrest? Oh, I am 5ft 11in. Any input would be appreciated.

 

you should be fine with it. I had to bend the bars just a little so I could lean backa little more.

I put some washers under the front of the mounting bracket on the backrest so I could lean back further also. I also went with the SG matching sundowner seat. It is more comfortable although not quite as cool looking. I found I could feel the mounting bracked for the rider backrest through the stock seat.

 

Wild One Bagger bars have more pullback
