My 103 build, will it work? or...................
Alright I am working on putting my winter build together, this is what I have some up with. Feel free to make suggestions or tell me it won't work all together
heads ported and polished
jugs bored to 103"
SERT
SE adj. pushrods
SE-255 cams
These are the basics, I need suggestions on the second half of things.
Option #1
mill the heads down .010
SE flat top piston part #21996-07
gving me about 10:1 comp
Optiion #2
don't mill the heads
SE 10.5:1 piston part # 29144-08
giving me 10.17:1
If I am wrong please correct me and I am open to suggestions.
Thanks.

RE: My winter engine build ideas
The cost of both options are within $100 of each other, I am just looking for the best performing package.I am hoping to get close to the 100hp/100tq mark. I might not make it all the way, but close will make me happy. I am most likely going to run a D&D Fatcat and I already have the hi-flow air filter.
