I count on Road America coverage from H.O.G. National. I used it once on my new 02 when the rear cylinder had an exhaust valve stick open. They were quick and efficient, no extra costs at all. worth the membership dues.

Fortunately I haven't used it yet, but I bought the additional Road America coverage as well as the tire and wheel insurance from HD.

Anyone have any experience with Progressive Ins roadside? It's free with their motorycle policy, and I have it, but have never had to use it.

I have the AAA RV plus. You must have the "plus" for your motorcycle to be covered. The first 100 miles of towing is free.I have used it a few times this year and never had any problems.

my wife has AAA. they will cover the motorcycles (MC) if you get the upgraded coverage. The good and bad part is that it covers the driver only.

Went on a 300 mile trip with a buddy. He has AAA with the MC/ RV coverage. He has a newer deluxe, I had a custom chopper. My bike takes a break on me 3 miles from HD dealer. They closed 5 minutes early. I call in on my wifes AAA and get informed that they can do nothing for me since she is covered and not me. He calls in on his and tells them that he was driving the bike. They cover it and my bike gets taken to a shop for free.

Moral of the story: if you don't have--- coverage ride with someone who does. AAA MC is worth it IMHO.

Although the AAA authorized tow truck was not very familier with loading a MC on his truck and I had to help....

A friend had Bros Club on a couple trips from NC to TX. He had some problems with his bike and were treated well. He recommended them to me. They are $85 for 2 yrs.
