Looks great; excellent choices.
Did the Ultra TP come with holes for the speaker pods? If so, how will you fill them?
Coincidentally, I was at my local dealer and talking with a sales guy looking at "your bike" and we had previously discussed the width of the six gallon tank causes the thighs to contact the tank in a normal "five gallon tank" riding position. He said because of the seating position on the RG, the contact with the tank is avoided. I sat on the bike and, sure enough, no thighs rubbing the gas tank.

The 6 gallon tank does not make a big difference, very comfortable.

Some people will do anything to have a spot for extra speakers and room to stash a cooler of fine German beer....
That turned out nice ![sm=smiley20.gif]
The anniversary color scheme works particularly well with the lowers & tour pack....
Now lets go and rack up some miles !

I always thought the same thing. The old Tour Glide was a great ride. Why they stopped making that I don't know. So now we add a few additions and it's there. Thanks for the thumbs up...ride safe..

Yes, the speaker pod holes are in there. The way I filled them was I put the rear speakers on and did the radio upgrade!!!!!!!!!lol.....

I should have seen the pods, but was struck by the TP and and lowers;my compliments to you, RD GLD for finding such an excellent andeconomical way to fill six holes.

Thanks RD GLD, I have the same bike and have been contemplating adding the lowers and tour pak. You helped me make the decision to do it sooner rather than later. Yours looks great!
What difference do you feel in the ride.
1. Wind coming from the bottom, is there less?
2. Can you feel the weight of the TP when cornering?
