Just called the dealer; they said that they would verify the cams and do a diagnostic and dyno run Friday morning!

No sensors in the cam chest area. Even with all new parts in the cam chest area, should be min seating and would be surprised if you saw any mileage change. So either they put in dirrerent cams (doubt it since this would cost more), or messed up on the install. Would guess they have a tooth off (or both cams each a tooth off).
Let us know how it comes out.

RE: CAM Chest replaced, now bad mileage?
I had the diagnostic done and the timing was right-on, they were going to do a dyno but I got side tracked on a 95" build, I figured the engine was probably going to have to be worked on anyway I might as well get a BB kit and heads?
Well after talking to the performance guy at the local HD dealerI was talked out of it, seems if they were to change ANYTHING from the stock engine to a performance upgrade it would void my extended warranty.
So from the time they had done the cam repair to when I was talked out of a BB kit the bike started getting better gas mileage? So I threw some injector cleaner in and three tank fulls later I was back up to 42 MPG.
I talked to the service guy and we both agree that when the tank and gas were removed to do the cam repair something must have gotten into one of the injectors...
My bike has never ran better!
