Stock air filter, Rush slipons w/ 1.5" baffles, V&H Fuel Pak and I'm getting 48-49 mpg.

'08 Ultra = 36 mpg on highway at 70 - 75 mph, 2-up, with tour pak and saddlebags loaded.

On my daily commute to work I've been tracking my MPG for the past 12000 miles. I'm getting 42.6 avg with a high of almost 47 and a low of 37. I have the SE slip ons and AC and download. Oh yea I have an 07 EG classic.

I'm getting about 45-48mpg on my 07 Ultra. Prior to getting the ac, sert and slipons it was a little worse.

How can you run a Fuel Pak with a stock air filter? I thought those required a larger air filter?

BTW, I get 38mpg around town and 40mpg with a combo of town and freeway riding. 44mpg on an 1100 mile Yosemite trip. PCIII, K&N, Rush 1.75.

I wonder how much effect fuel quality has on mileage?
