I have the screaming eagle1550 big bore kit on my 2006 Electra Glide. The part number is 29871-06. I have Vance Hines Oval slip ons.

The dealer tells me I shouldhave the 34383-06 RACE download. I looked the part up and found it is not street legal. Will this cause me any problem (not being street legal)? Is there any experience out there with this particular setup?

If you are not street legal you are an outlaw and should be incarcerated.

 

Not street legal means your bike will run right but isn't leagal by EPA standards. There aren't enough bikes on the planetrunning enough miles to make a dent in the vehicle emission issues. F*&^ the EPA.
Forcing Harley to run the bikes lean to meet standards that won't help the enviroment but could shorten the life of your engine is BS. JMHO
