RE: HEAD ON COLLISION AT 50MPH ON MY NEW '08 ROAD GLIDE!!
Profinish, As I was reading your post my stomach was getting butterflies. I'm happy you are getting yourself well. I too was involved in an accident on an isolated 2 lane road (April 30th, 2006). No other traffic except me (I was doing around 50mph) and a woman driving a van comingfrom the opposite direction. There was a farmers market on my right that I couldn't see due to bushes and trees, well this cager must have said, "oh there's the market," and proceeded to turn into my lane. I was helecoptered to the hospital, was in there almost a month with a shattered pelvis. 9K in damages to the bike but I'm back riding.
I feel your pain and wish you well. You'll be back on the horse before you know it.

umm he said a new bike, not an 08..... i bought an 06 new in 07....... (edit he did say 08 in the title)
shift? stay in the gear he was in and ride, then pull clutch in while still rolling turn off come stop and fall off.... it makes sense to me...
Get well bro, glad ur still ready to ride some more....
