man i would love to see a scoot done with this Black Chrome... not sure where one would get it done at but it sure would look sweet...

I would love to find someone who could do this. Maybe someone here has an idea. I was thinking some black pearl type powder coat, but that black chrome would look better. IMO.

Black chrome kinda looks purple to me. Best to see it in person before you buy a bunch of it.
