I bought my "GeezerGlide" this year and love it. I just wish I hadn't waited until I was an old "Geezer" to buy it.

I have to aggree with some of the other opinions. There is nothing like the comfort of a touring bike if you are going to do any long rides. You'll have it all with the Ultra...radio, cargo space, comfort, wind protection. Rent one for a weekend and let your wife ride with you. she will love it. You could do what ii did and get a Road King and then add all the detachables, and strip it down for around town, but it will cost you more in the end. Who cares if it's a Geezer Glide, it is, but its all want you like and what type of riding you do. Go for it!

I sold my '93 Fatboy and got an '07 Lazy-boy (FLHTCI) and couldn't be happier. I miss my old ape's and hi-performance mod's but NOW I can walk after a 300-400 mile ride in a day. Got detach kit for tour-pak and lowest backrest to change look for around cruzin'. Oh yeah I got a stereo so I don't have to use my chronic lyricosis to remember songs! And my wife loves it!!!(no pee breaks after 70 or so miles)!!!!![sm=trust_me.gif]

A not so commonly known fact is that Harley Davidson originally brought out the Dyna's and Softails to encourage the growing population of little old ladies to buy their bike from the Harley line up. Real men have always riden the Glides and Road Kings but the cool guys ride Street Glides.
