Or you can save yourself any drilling and the cost of the stud plates and flange nuts by installing the facia with 3M double backed adhesive tape. That's what I did. Hasn't moved at all. Took me all of 20 minutes to install.

The Only thing that causes Issues is those that have the fender with the Light at the end. There is no realinstall Instructions but once you get the parts, and set them on the Bike you will see exactly how everything goes. It is a very easy Install on a scale of 1 to 10 1 being easiest is about a 2

I know of no instructions. Here is how I did it. Itaped the fascia in place. I measured theexact location ofwhere it should be locatedon a friends Street Glide.Prior to taping the fascia in place I hadplaced tape on the general areas of the fender where the holes would be drilled. I traced the fascia holes on the tape; removed the fascia, and then plotted and marked the center of each hole. I did not remove the wheel. I placed a board in between the tire and fender where the drill bit would come through. I then drilled a pilot hole for each marked hole and then finished up with the final drilling of each hole. I took my time and located each hole perfectly an dhad not damage to the paint. After the holes were drilled I then took some touch up paint and brushed the raw mteal edge of each drilled hole.
