RE: new Kuryakyn fairing mirrors - anybody got 'em yet???
For myself; I put the Kuryakyn turn signal mirrors on my softail; got rid of the chintzy HD mirrors, and dorky obtrusive bulb HD turn signals and it really cleaned up my front end, and not only that, but the LED's are waaaaay more luminous than are the bulbs, and that is my take on Kuryakyn turn signals, and they stand behind and back their product too.

I agree with lions...the LED's really light up nice. I also ordered mine with flat glass instead of the "objects in the rearview mirror are larger than they appear..."
I don't think the mirrors on the windshield trim would stick out far enough to really see much behind, although they are up nice and high. I do wish the regular Kury mirrors had a taller stem. I'm going to try and find a taller mounting bolt and raise mine up at least another inch.

I put on the HD ones, however I read on another tread to move them up and out about 1/4 inch, moved mine (cant see original holes) and it made a great improvement on visability behind you, no real issue with vibration any more than those on the handle bars. Just my .02

I put a set without the turn signals on the Custom Bagger I recently finished. I really like the look. Very sleek/streamlined. No problem installing, takes about 20 minutes. They do vibrate, but mostly at idle, e.g. if your fairing is shaking so will these mirrors. On the road I have no vibration problems. I'm pretty wide at 6'1", 250 lbs. With a heavy leather coat I can only use about half the mirror (I'm blocking the other half). This is more a nuissance than anything else. With warm weather riding gear on I have no trouble using the mirrors.
The caps that cover the screws are a bit cheap looking, but from two feet away they are ok. I'd buy another set...
