Default Tubless or Tubes

Hey on a 08 EGC with the HD smooth laces wheels do they have tubes in them. They have a metal valve stem so you can't tell by looking at that. I assume they have tubes in them but maybe I am wrong.

Thanks guys for the response's, my brother has tubes, I on the other hand have tubeless and no spokes (mag Wheels). Will see how much more his cost when he changes tires and has to but tubes and rim liners.

tell him its not that bad. ive been runnin spokes for mucho years and never had any of the problems ive heard. i think there awsome looking. A tire store employeetold me one time that it was terrable to have tubes on a bike cause they would overheat and blow-up......wonder if he ever worked at a dealer?
As far as the price goeshad tires swoped/balanced/new tubes was 35$ apiece and forget ifthey just reused the rim cover?

I have the older style spoked wheels not the smooth newer style. I definatly have a tube. I was told by the dealer that the new laced wheels have no tube. Again take it for whats its worth. Since it was a counter person in parts. Not the brighest bulb in the bunch

Tubes - which means we can't use "RunFlat" 100 miles from nowhere.

I picked up a set of 80 Spoke Tubless wheels last winter for $535.00 shipped to my house. I had a flat with the old laced wheels with tubes 500 miles from home. 5Hrs and $200.00 later I was back on the road. I will never ride with tubes again.
