Glad you're ok! Those 'ditches' can be rough...lol...been there done that one. Im hoping to get mine back from the HD shopthis weekend. I had GEICO, and had no problems with them paying...even for accessories. Heck, I even got a engine chrome kit out of it. Cant WAIT to get back on.

Glad you are able to write what happened.The alternative sucks! Hug the wife and cherish the next day more than the last.

Had school bus backup in front of my 07 EGC in March. Got her slowed down as fast as I could but at about 10 mph and 6 feet from bus with front end completly compressed front tire locked up.I believe due to the front end compressionwhen it locked up it sprung the front tire to the left and me over the windshield. Cracked my head broke my back. $4500 and six weeks later bike looksand runs like new. Too bad when it was new it rattled and was real hot. I should have tried to make a deal. Cause now I'll never know what could have been with the 08. I still ride every day I can.

Try to make the deal on the 08 before they start fixing the bike. Better brakes and IDS would be nice.It couldn't hurt to try.
