You may wanna check the clearence between the heat shield on the front pipe & the floorbd mount(s). Keep in mind that the pipe will move some while you're riding, so you need a reasonable amount of clearence in there.
I have had this cause HORRIBLE vibration in the rt floorbd. As someone already mentioned, it can also come from improper alignment of the slip-on hanger in the rubber mnt on the bag bracket.

I have a gap in my floor board and the heat shield. This was done by the extension spacer that came with the Rinehart True Duals.

I don't really want to try the IDS for an experiment job, I was looking for something more concrete......an answer!
