The Inertia WRXs you mention weren't around when I bought mine.
(or I just mightnot have found them prior to purchasing the ones I did )
Below is a link to the ones I have. They may not be as good, but for the most part they work well and keep people honest anyway.
I have a 2nd set (brand new, never installed) that I'll sell real fairly. (Read cheap)

They are in the catalog in touring section, 65.95 or 69.95 I cant remember which. HD's will work on both rk classic or rk custom type leather bags.

The lock setsare different for the RKC and Custom.
The $69.95 lock set is for the Custom only. The lock set for the RKC is $199.95. The locks are the same. The RKC(since the bags are not button operated as the Custom) takes additional parts (inside bag frame, lid frame, cable actuator, and latch mechanism). If you order the lock sets, rather than buy it off the shelf, you can getthem keyed to match your bike.
Whether you use the Inertiaworks or the moco, after you install the lock set, you can mount the bag straps to the bag body, not the lid, and never fool with the straps again.

The HD locks appear to be a system that locks the bag to the frame with no additional security on the lid. Is that correct? If so, thelid locks would be a better all around choice. The only advantage to the HD system is that you can get the keys matched.
