Yeah - an' yer point is? Air Management is what most of 'em are after - an' that's not a bad thang in mah book. Ah've ridden long - an' far - enough that ah've learned ta minimize certain aspects.

Helmet? I dont need no stinkin helmet. As far as less air... the point is to control the air for a more pleasurable TOURING experience.

The chrome fork wind deflectors have really helped my ride since installing them last week. And, I've got a set of Dragon Wings coming in this week to get the final bit of tweaking done. At least now my helmet doesn't want to remove itself from my punkin head.

Most molks that have those Freedom wings love them, including me. The only deflector that some people don't seem to like is that one that mounts under the forks.

Uh, Thanks Vindyl, you're a lifesaver! Anyone wanna buy an 08 bagger? I'll need the money for a new car I guess.

Dunno, Paniolo, the fork wind deflectors made a huge difference on my ride. Looking forward to getting the wings, too. Figure that's about all a fella can do to manage airflow, as Texas says.

Will those fork mounted wind deflectors work on an Ultra? I have heard somewhere, that at full lock they hit the lowers? I know on my RK, they just barely touched the engine guard a full lock.

Nope - won't work. They hit the lowers. Wish someone would take a set an' modify 'em - wouldn't take a whole lot ta make 'em fit.
