Default Does anyone have a dark grey Clearview Windshield?

i ordered a clearview 8.5" recurve but dont know if i want smoked or dark grey for the black SG. If anyone has a dark grey, can you see through it? At night can you see through it easily?

if you ride at night and have a tall shield, don't do it, I use the 9.5 inch version and it is fine at night, I am 6' 1" tall, never bothers me.... is you have or want to have a 12" or taller, don't buy it, it is dark dark at night..

The dark gray is much darker than the smoke. I can see through mine at night but its really dark and I wouldnt want to be in a position where I had to look threw it all the time at night.

I have a 9.5 inch smoked, and although I ride looking over it, I could see thru it at nite, if need be. Such as in a rain storm.

I had a dark smoke (not a Clearview) 8" on my SG. It was fine for flat roads as I could see over the top of it. But if I hit any kind of incline I was lifting myself off of the seat to see.
