Default Rinehart TD Install

Ineed help/suggestions. I installed Rinehart TrueDuals on my 07 ElctraGlide Classic.
It is very difficult if not downright impossible to tighten the bottom flange nut on the rear cylinder.
There is no room to get a closed end wrench on the nut. I surely have no earthly idea how you would begin to torque it to spec when you can't put a socket or wrench on it.

Anybody have any grand words of wisdom or guidance?

Thanks!!
Don

Cut a OLD wrench down or use a crows foot - Still tight but it will work

Forget getting a torque wrench in there. Just tighten and recheck after first couple of rides. They usually need to be re-tightened.

Yep, what they both said. Use a crows foot to tighten it, and be sure to check all four nuts again a couple of times after you ride -- they will need to be retightened.

When I installed my Bassani TDs, I found that I had to re-torque to specthe header pipe at the flange after adding each "part". For example for the right side, I torqued the header pipe to spec. After torquing the transmission cover bracket, I re-torqued the header pipe at the flange again. After securing the muffler to the saddle bag bracket, I re-torqued the header pipe at the flange again. I followed a similar sequence for the left side. About 2000 miles later, still no decel popping, even while coming down from 2000 to 400 ft elevation in VT at night (around 30 F) last week.

I cut a wrench in 1/2 with a dremel tool. Worked like a champ.

I removed the 02 sensor and tightened the nut then re-installed the 02 sensor after it was tight. Didn't need to cut any wrenches.

Thanks for all the replies!
I was actually going to buy a wrench just so I could cut it down.
I'll try the crow's foot also.
