Default 07 factory alarm

Can this be adjusted for sensitvity? I can't find anything in my owners or service manual. I can move my bike around on the stand without setting off the alarm. Thanks

ya, I've got the same issue. Have on '06 WG that I can adjust, but my '07 UC with the "automatic" security system isn't adjustable. if i almost look at the '06 the alarm goes off, but takes a whole bunch of movement to set off the '07.

You can strip the bike clean and it will not alarm! I do it all the time while cleaning -- take the bags off, the winshield and seat and the alarm does not even burp....

Doesn't the alarm shut down the ignition? So you can't start the thing? Don't you need to install something else for movement?

We had an alarm issue with Hubby's Street Glide. He had the factory security system too...But, failed to realize it is only the light flashers and the disabler. It is not an audio alarm. We had to have another alarm installed that would actually alert you with a audio alarm if someone even went near it. Didn't even have to touch it. Just get within a foot or so and it would chirp at you. Get closer or actually touch it ... THEN BELL'S AND WHISTLES GO OF AND A DEAFENING ALARM! Opps, sorry was I yelling there?
