I just won a set on ebay, aftermarket ones for $100. No hardware, so I can get that no problem...I just wonder if they're going to be a real bad copy or pretty good. Only time will tell.

 

Well, I bought an EGC instead of an Ultra, but now with getting the painted to match vented lowers for Christmas, all that's left to make it an Ultra is the tour-pak liner. I've added all the stuff I didn't think I'd miss, rear speakers, intercom, CB, and soon the lowers.

Doing all the work myself was more fun than buying an Ultra in the first place - at least that's what I keep telling myself.

 

Put em on for winter, and it has been nothing but in the 80's since I put em back on. I prefer the look and feel without 'em so take 'em off when the temps regularly start getting to the upper 79's. They are great for cold and rain !
