I love my american made GMC Suburban! Hauls the RKC in a covered trailer (or the boat). Holds enough gear for a small army!

My son is Chevy tech.He told me that some of the Colorado I5's have engine problems.I asked him because our neighbor just had his in my sons shop. The head had to be replaced. The truck was a 1000 miles out of warranty butGM helped pay for part of the repair.

I would go with a Tacoma. Much better truck than the Colorado.

My mom has the the colo and my wife has the H3 and the only complaint I hear is power.
I've driven both and the colo has a litte more power than the H3.
If you can live with the power itis a nice truck

My family has had Chevrolet trucks for years. I can't remember the last time anyone had a problem with them.

Ride safe,

My dad has one and loves it , also a friend has one that he also likes. Both love the gas mileage and niether have complained about not having enough power. I would like to reply to one other poster that said you should get a dodge with a hemi. Think about the poor gas mileage, I have several friends with them and they are not happy to say the least. One of my pals took his truck to acar lot as a trade in and the dealer wouldn't give hime squat for it as a trade. He told him that he had 3 other "pigs" in his used car lot that he couldn't sell and did not want another one.Said they got the worst mileage of any four wheel drive trucks on the market. JMHO

And as far as a Toyata of Nissan goes, you might as well have a goldwing next to it.

When I had my '98 Dodge Ram 1500 Ext Cab 4x4 with the 318 in it.............I averaged 13 mpg.
I also had a '01 Ford F-150 Supercrew Lariat 4x4 with the 5.4L in it...........I averaged 14.5 mpg.

I really miss having a truck, my car is OK.........but it's still not a truck or 4x4.

Thant's funny! I'm still sticking with the Tacoma, though
