Motown which lights are you using?
Radiantz 124.99
Kuryakn 99.95
Steet Magic 129.95

Maybe I need the brake light module so it strobes or flashes.

Richard where would the resistor be located? Something I can cut out and splice a new one in?

I am running the Radiantz LED. It is just an LED board that you install into your own taillight housing. You will not be disappointed.

I've been looking at the Custom Dynamics LED's too. Seems like the hot ticket to me, I just wish they offered a smoked lay-down tail light kit..
Uh they do. Been running one for over a year. It is made by Street Magic and uses the Radiantz LED cluster.

MJR: Get rid of that Kuryakyn tail. No matter what you do it will not show up very good in the daytime. I was riding behind a guy with one and almost nailed him a few times because I didn't see his break light.

BTW here is my set-up. All available thru Custom Dynamics.

Radiantz LED Clusters
Street Magic smoke LED taillight

Here is a pic of them lit up in just running mode when they were on my Street Glide.

Here is lit up in running mode only from around 50' behind

I can attest to the brightnest of Custom Dynamics LEDs. Don't have them myself, and was leaning toward the Kury's but they seemed kind of dim, especially in the daytime. Then I rode behind Monstermile on the Oct 6 Skyline Drive ride, and his LEDs lit up the joint. Clearly visible, even in bright sunlight.

Monstermile, not sure if you remember me since I'm sort of new here and the Oct 6th ride was my first HDF ride, but thanks for explaining your setup to me at the BK parking lot. It's definitely going to be one of my projects this winter.
