I seem to be in the Minority so far, that has taken the plunge and went with the Bub7's. I still say the sound is Great and I like everyone hasnt jumped on the bandwagon yet. It's nice being different for the moment, until the reviews are posted at least.

Bub 7 true duals on 08 SG stock 96" motor with SE air cleaner 87 foot pounds of torque can't remember the HP or at what RPMs max torque. Love the sound and the looks of the headers & mufflers. My feeling is that these pipes really need a more aggressive cam and head work to move the max power & torque to a lower RPM (Bagger friendly) band. I may do engine work in the future but even if I don't I am very satisfied with it as is.

While at ROT Rally 08 I had Cycle Solutions Mobile Dyno Center install Bub Seven slipons on my 2003 FLHRCI. My original set up was Vance &\\; Hines true dual headers, Samson rolled ovals and PowerCommander IIIusb. I had installed all this myself with PowerCommanders map for same. Cyle Solutions created a bike specific map after they installed the new Seven slipons. I had not had the previous setup dyno'ed. They checked hp &\\; torque with my original setup. HP 67.06. Torque 75.84. After new map was created &\\; dyno'ed HP 74.70. Torque 81.21. The Sevens have a deeper sound than the Samson rolled ovals. The sound is great &\\; they look really nice. Chrome is excellent. Hope this is helpful.

I put the 7's on my 08 ultra and love them. I had VH basics for about 5k miles and liked them ok but wanted to try the 7's and am really glad I did. The sound is deep and tight the VH Basics seemed to have a puff sound and the 7's seem more crisp and a fair amount louder. The chrome tip can be either slash up or down. I have mine slash up and like the look when clean. The tips must be cleaned after rides or the chrome has the white exhaust residue and makes it look dull. I have a Arlen Ness a/c, VH true duals head pipes \\;and a PCIII \\;with a canned map from fuel moto. My butt thinks the bike is a bit quicker and has more power with the 7's than with the VH Basics. I'm happy and even my wife likes the sound and looks better!! All is well with my 7's

Besides HarleyFan, anyone else running the BUB Seven's yet? \\; If so, your thoughts about them.

I have a set installed on a stock RG 88ci and they sound GREAT.....Nice and low rubble at cruise speed and have a GREAT SOUND when you get on it....Much better than the Screamin Eagles I replaced.....Well worht the money, I am running the Bub Crossdresser II's and man what a beautiful matching set.....the neck on the Bub 7's are wider and give the crossdressers a much more finished look!!!
