God I hope he lived. If you look his head missed the concrete barrier by inches. That would have more than likely broken his neck upon impact with it.

 

If you watch closely or pause it at the right time you will see his head crush the windshield right after impact. That enough could break his neck.

 

That’s why I have always said bikers need to wear their seat belts!!!

I have been in EMS as a volunteer for almost 20 years and have seen acouple of bad wrecks that has to be one of the worst, whatI want to know is where the hell was the cop going? He should have at the very least basic first aid knowledge.

Nope it wasn't a motorcycle it was a scooter and it wasn't even in this country.
