Ultra Classic to Road Glide - What to know?

RE: Ultra Classic to Road Glide - What to know?
I haven't ridden an Ultra much and I have never owned one, but coming from my FXRS, I had to havethe handling of a Road Glide. I found one that already had the removable tour pac and the lowers and I had my Ultra Road Glide. It didn't have the CB, but I didn't think I would use it enough to justify adding it. And like was said before, you never have any trouble finding your bike inthe sea of Ultras and Street Glides that you see at the rallies.

Oath: Stay away from the Road Glide, they're so ugly that when they were born, their moms had to tie a steak around their necks to get the dogs to play with them. You'll hate it. Step away from the Road Glide and no one will get hurt!
Non-oath: Can't reply on switching from an UC to an RG, but I came over from a VTX1800 and haven't looked back. What the RG lacked in speed, it made up for in handling and comfort.
Good luck with whatever you decide.
