I found it, thanks! Only problem - most of the discussion was where the wires were located on a RK, has anyone done this on an Electraglide Classic and know's where the wires are?

Under the fairing cap. Pop the ignition switch and take out the fairing cap screws. Cut the yellow wire and attach it to the orange/red wire

You might want to check the laws in your state first....in some states it is illegal to run the passing lamps with the high beams.....a ticket waiting to happen. I know it sounds stupid, but when I put passing lamps on my 96 Royal Star I checked into it and its on the books in more states than have helmet laws. Also, some states have laws against the headlight modulators that some are putting on their bikes....only emergency vehicles are allowed to have modulating headlights.

Personally, when I get my 08 Ultra I would like to see about having the passing lamps on a separate switch to be able to shut them off without effecting the selector for the headlight. If you have ever met a large group of bikes with passing lamps on at night you understand how blinding they are to on-coming traffic.

That's the beauty of the mod I did - the passin' lamps rocker switch still controls 'em - so if ya want 'em off, jest toggle the switch....
