remove the turn signal under the spot light with an allen wrench.
Buy a cheap $5 or so deep well 9/16 socket from autoparts store.
Cut a slot in the side with a die grinder.
Loosen the nut holding the spot light to the mount. Adjust as needed
re tighten and reassemble.
The slot is for the wire to go into.
