If your bike is '97 or newer, yes. The mounting hardware and detachable sissy bars, tour pak racks, and luggage racks are interchangeable among the touring models. You can confirm fitment on the HD website with the part nos. One problem with HD's fitment guidelines, however, is that they don't take into account that some FLHTC, FLHTCU, FLHTPI owners remove tour paks that came stock on the bikes to use the detachable stuff. Ran into these fitment issues with my '04 police model EG (FLHTPI) when the catalog didn't say things like sissy bars and detachable tour pak racks would fit and the parts folks at the dealership were clueless.
