Reshaped seat with memory foam from Allen at Mean City.

What did you have them do to your seat? I am considering modifying mine.
Lowered it a bit and added memory foam. It's very comfortable. Talk to Allen about what you don't like about the current seat and I'll bet he can fix it!

How much did you lower it? I am thinking of 1" to 1 1/2" but I don't want to lose the comfort of the seat.

More than satisfied with all the mods so far. JIMS 120 gets my nod.

I had it lowered about 1.5 inches. The seat is more comfortable that stock.

The best addition to my Ultra besides the Metzlers would have to be my wife.

When I started this post, I mentioned the two things that I thought had helped my bike the most when I added them. Here are some of the other things, some functional, some for looks: Extenders for the rider floorboards spacing them away from the engine an extra inch.
Exotic dash burlwood inner faring cover, looks like a wood grained dash instead of the factory black plastic. It is made of the "peel and stick" rubberized, clear coated material. Looks really nice, appears to stand up well to the elements, easy to install, cost is fair, and is different than what most people have and don't worry, you couldn't tear it off with a tug boat, it sticks on REALLY well. Tail light harness for tail/stop/turn signal/brake light set up. Mr George's tour pak relocator, excellent piece of work, well worth the money. Made Momma very happy. 2" taller and 2" farther back handlebars. Garmin GPS. Chrome cup holder, too. Chromed factory 9 spoke wheels and chrome front end package.Cut the windshield off 2".Factory rider back rest. Trailer hitch and trailer, too, when I need it. Luggage rack on top of tour pak. Rush 2" mufflers and Fulsac true dual conversion. Factory heat shields, which I would rather had the aftermarket I found later.Windshield three compartment glove/eyeglass holder. Probably more stuff, but can't recall it all right now. I just almost have it like I want it..at least until something else comes along that I want !!!! PACO
