Default RG Front turn signals / marketing comments

[&:]In reference to my earlier post "Marketing Comments". The "U" trim on my 06 RG seperated from the fairing halves a while back. I loosened the 6-fairing screws and 4-acorn turn-signal screws to glue the trim back into place. Torqued all nuts back to spec.
My question; The HD shop manuel shows thateach turn-signal housing has two treaded studs with only one showing a lock nut. I'm a little concerned that when I loosened the turn-signal acorn nuts I may have lossened the studs too. Has anyone had the turn-signal housings off and seen if the threaded studs are simply loose screwed into the housing or part of the housing?
Nothing has fallen off yet, but there's still time.

Yeah, they are just threaded studs with the turn signal base on one end and the acorn nut on the other.

You can unscrew the studs from the turn signal housing. I think they probably have locktite on them. The acorn nut doesn't thread all the way down the stud, so you can use vice grips to unscrew it from the signal housing.
