You could go to the dealer with a cracked frame and they'd tell you "that's normal". [:@]

When I wash mine I cover the exhaust ends, grips & switches, speedo and fuel gauge cap with plastic bags. Last time I washed it I forgot to cover the fuel gauge cap with a plastic bag and when I went to ride it a day or so later I noticed condensationin the fuelsight glass. After a while it cleared up but I'll remember the next time to cover it also. Could be what caused the condensation on yours?

Nope, never ride in the rain ever. Just cover the aforementioned items with plastic bags when it gets washed. '****', maybe...but that's just me. Do I need problems...no.
Tom
Oh, I forgot, I also cover the air filter and football cover with a plastic bag also.

RE: Condensation inside speedometer
the condensation is from the normal hot/ cold environment we all live in.
It is normal and HD claims they do not cover condensation because of the environment the bike operates in.
But the heat generated by the gauge illumination light will evebtually dissipate the condensation.
My fuel gauge does it on a regular basis.
