Default 07 RK Tour Pack Light Kit Wiring Help

I added a 68172-06 King Tour-Pak Wrap Around Light Kit to my 2007 Road King's detachable King Tour-Pak thatI added. I completed all the instructions with left me with a wiring connector inside the front of the pak and a 6" pigtail connector that fits it. Nothing long enough to reach into the chassis. The dealer said there is a factory harness wrapped up inside the left side cover to finish the connection. I can't find it. Where is the harness? Or is there another harness I need to order? If so, what'sthe part number? Thanks.

Just back from the dealer. There was a late model change. The '07s don't have a wire harness waiting for a tour pack light kit. The dealer checked a '05 RK that had it and a '07 that didn't. The dealer recommended I make a harness that tapped into the tail light harness. No biggie, even though I wanted to keep everything as H-D as possible. Here are the parts to make the harness...
73103-96BK-S tab housing 3 pos
73153-96BK-S receptacle housing 3 pos
73190-96-S tab terminal
73191-96-S receptacle contact
57978-00 grommet for tour pack (need to drill hole)
plus some wire and loom.

I added the Lighted Rear Spoiler and couldn't fiqure out how to plug it in. Also couldn't find the connection that everybody else seems to have. Took mine to the Dealer to have it connected, charged $40 but worth it to me. At least I know its done right, hopefully.

Maybe the extra connectors were under the tour pack steel plate. I know the instructions I followed had me install most of the harnessunder the plate. And there are 2 extra connectors for the tour pack side lights if you have them.

I find that odd as I installed a tour pack on my neighbor's 07 Road Glide and found the connector right where they told you it was at...under the left cover, tie strapped to the frame. Maybe someone moved it under or around the battery somewhere.
