It sure can be done, especially on the 08 RK's. I have a coule buddies that have put 14" and 16" apes on their bikes with no problems!

Nice looking bike! How do you like your Sweepers? I'm thinking of goingwith those. I'm 5'9" and need a pull back, can you expain how they fit?

Patience, grasshoppers. It's a new bike so problems like this shouldn't be unexpected. Suppliers will catch up and in a few months you'll be able to get anything you want for these bikes just like you can for other model years. Even though everything isn't available for my '08 "right now," I won't be running out and trading it in on an '05 anytime soon and I don't think anyone else will be either.
